A peek back to the 2019 holiday season

...Creating Christmas and holiday collections for Mpix and Millers Lab has been a highlight of the year, for a number of years now. Working with them and serving their clients is a delight!

Every year around the holidays I marvel and I get a little sentimental, as people take the time to connect and reconnect with friends and family, and send a personal, physical note.
Whether you send them or you are at the receiving end, cards are a reminder of the connection between us, and are so good for the soul.

I love knowing that I am a somehow part of this exchange, and that thousands of people all across the States send out or receive a card that I helped bring to life.
The emails and the Facebook messages I get - with pictures of the cards you are sending out - make my day always! I never realized just how many people still believe in spreading joy and cheer with a personalized photo card, before getting into this industry.

... The sweetest encounter I had was with a little old lady a few years back. At least that’s how I envisioned her from our phone conversations... white hair and petite :)
Technology was very unfamiliar to her. But somehow she tracked down my cell phone number and called to tell me how much she loved the Christmas card she received from a friend - and that she wanted to know how to get cards like that one :)

Christmas and holiday cards are a big part of what I do - along with holiday and Christmas tree ornaments, memory boxes, mini albums, wall art and graduation, wedding, baby announcements and other types of cards :)
I’ve been a surface pattern designer in the greeting card industry, before I knew that surface pattern design is a thing. So Thankful to be a part of this industry 💛
